With Yoga as a lifestyle - we can heal ourselves and even our communities. Yoga means "union". Through our journeys of Becoming and Feeling whole, we can thrive into a purpose driven life. Using the tools of Meditation, Movement, Pranayama, and keeping a beginners mind, we propel our growth. In my years of pactice and education I focus on providing a safe and fun practice for you. In 2013 I received the inner guidance to choose the Yoga path, I have not stopped the process of discovering and developing myself - Absorbing the guidance of my Mentors and my Teachers, the textbooks, the hours of practice, the trainings, the thousands of students and friends I have had the honor to meet and teach along the way, I take ALL of that in the here and the NOW to offer it here with you
